Have you ever stopped to think that just one hour of your time could help save a life?

Donating blood is one of the clearest and easiest ways to make an immediate difference in the world. A simple act of generosity can become someone else's second chance.

Each year, Columbia's Communities that Care Summer Blood Drive helps ensure that hospitals across our region have the lifesaving blood they need when patients need it most. Blood donations are essential for people undergoing cancer treatment, emergency surgeries, organ transplants, and countless other medical procedures. A single car crash victim, for example, can require as many as 100 units of blood.

If you are eligible, I hope you'll consider joining us.
