Paper: The Misappropriation of Human Rights: A Dobbs Backstory

 

The Comparative and International Law Workshop, led by Professor Anu Bradford, is a faculty and student seminar where leading scholars from the US and abroad present their scholarly work on a range of topics pertaining to comparative and international law.

The Spring 2024 workshop meets regularly on Wednesdays throughout the semester. Students are welcome to join the workshop from 5:15 to 6:15 pm in Jerome Greene Hall, Room 502.
