All 1Ls will fulfill the First-Year Moot Court requirement by participating in either the Foundation Moot Court Program or one of nine specialized moot court programs. The deadline to apply to the specialized teams on Lawnet is September 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Please note that 1L students who wish to participate in the Foundation Moot Court Program do not need to apply. They will be automatically enrolled in the Foundation Moot Court Program for Spring 2025 as part of their LPW II class. The Lawnet application is only for students who wish to apply to one of the sepcailized teams.
International dual-degree students who are currently taking LPW I are welcome to apply to any of the teams. 2L Transfer students from U.S. law schools who already completed their 1L legal writing requirements may apply for the 3 international moot court teams (Jessup, ELMC and Vis).
