Join us as we listen to Harvard University professor and author Matthew Blackwell discuss his latest book, Deep Roots (Blackwell, Acharya and Sen, Princeton University Press, 2018) which dives deep into the political and racial origins of the south, and looks at how the region's history of slavery continues to shape economic, political and social spheres.
