Featuring Sir Angus Deaton, Professor Branko Milanović, Professor Deirdre McCloskey, and Professor Paul Krugman, moderated by CERGE-EI co-founder Prof. Jan Švejnar.
Followed by a reception and presentation of CERGE-EI’s 30th Anniversary Honors to Professor Richard E. Quandt (of Princeton University), and CERGE-EI alumna Dr. Michaela Erbenová (of the International Monetary Fund).
We are also delighted to be launching the Stapleton Scholars Award in honour of Ambassador Craig R. Stapleton. The award will enable students to pursue graduate study at CERGE-EI, including international exchanges with elite U.S. academic institutions.
