Feeling anxious? Overwhelmed? As if your brain wasn’t quite built for the modern world? What if a science-based sound bath was exactly the cure you never knew you needed?

This groundbreaking hybrid performance work merges cutting-edge neuroscientific research with an immersive algorithmic soundscape, taking you deep within yourself on an extraordinary tour of your own brain and autonomic nervous system. Inspired by ancient healing practices and also frog song, it's part lecture, part concert, part downtown performance art happening—come ready for a participatory experience that will leave you invigorated, enlightened, and armed with practical tools to tame the ancient animal inside.
