In conjunction with the Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration, CIAA is launching a new talk series titled: "Principled and Coherent? Arbitral Approaches to the Concept of Abuse of Process and the Rules of Attribution in International Law." This series will feature Gaëtan Verhoosel, who is a founding partner of Three Crowns, based in London. Professor George Bermann, Gellhorn Professor of Law and Monnet Professor in European Law at Columbia Law School, will moderate the series.
