Please come to discuss with Professor Horst Fischer the results and impact of federal elections in Germany that took place on September 24, 2017. Horst Fischer is the Professor of International Humanitarian Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands, Visiting Professor at Leuven University in Belgium, Distinguished Professor of International Law at Vesalius College in Brussels, Belgium, Senior Professor at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany and Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, New York. Currently, Professor Fischer teaches SIPA courses of ‘International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law’ and ‘International Law’.
