In this workshop, Hima Bindu, graduate student at the Data Science Institute, will present an introduction to image classification using PyTorch, a Python library for image classification. The data set used will be MNIST, consisting of binary images of handwritten digits. This will be an introductory workshop. Though some knowledge of Python and machine learning principles might be useful, they are not required.
