Russian Film Club: "Angels of Revolution"

The Russian Film Club at the Harriman Institute presents a screening of Angels of Revolution (2014, dir. Aleksei Fedorchenko), followed by a discussion moderated by Mark Lipovetsky (Slavic Department) and Daria Ezerova (Harriman Institute). This event is part of our Contemporary Culture Series.

A spell-binding clash of art, utopia, and violence, Angels of Revolution follows four young revolutionaries who are sent to spread the ideals of Communism and the avant-garde to the indigenous populations of Siberia. Running time: 113 minutes.
