This chilling yet sensitive documentary—a 2023 duPont Honoree—reveals the Boy Scouts’ century-long cover-up of pedophile scoutmasters that has resulted in 82,000 claims of sexual abuse. The Washington Post praised the film's "narrative twists and turns that shock without ever feeling exploitative." The screening will be preceded by a reception, and followed by a conversation between filmmaker Irene Taylor and reporter Nigel Jaquiss, who both graduated from the Columbia Journalism School in 1997, with additional guest speakers TBA. Presented by the duPont-Columbia Awards.
