The Student Affairs Committee of the University Senate and the New York City Department of Social
Services (DSS) will hold an information and enrollment event for Fair Fares, a transit program providing
a 50% subsidy on MTA fares to eligible applicants. The Center for Student Success & Intervention (CSSI) will also be there in partnership and available as a continued resource for help during the event or if support is needed after the event.

To enroll, please come to Butler 214 with the following documents. Representatives from the New York City Department
of Social Services will be available to help enroll in this program. They are also equipped to help with
snap enrollments.
Documents required:
1. One government-issued Photo I.D. to verify identity and age
2. One bill, statement or government issued letter from the last 90 days to verify residency
3. One document to verify taxable household income, such as your full Form 1040 from prior year
