"Sustaining Dignity in Displacement:The Moment of Truth in Humanitarian Action" is a conference organized in collaboration with Art for Refugees in Transition (A.R.T.).There will be two panel discussions:'Humanizing aid relief: programming the immediate humanitarian response in acute crises' and 'Empowering refugees: steps to sustain dignity in protracted crises and during resettlement'. Panelists from UNHCR, UNFPA, A.R.T., IRC, TENT, Building Markets and Global Dignity. This humanitarian conference is co-sponsored by SIPA Human Rights and Humanitarian Policy Concentration, the Institute for the Study of Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs Working Group.
