Photographing Duterte's Drug War - this panel will feature Pulitzer Prize winner Daniel Berehulak, with co-panelists Vincente Rafael, professor of history at the University of Washington, & Raffy Lerma, a Filipino photographer who has covered the drug war since July 2016.
