Azhgikhina will present the findings of Internatinal PEN's new report "Russia's Strident Stifling of Free Speech, 2012-2018" and comment on the formation of the new Moscow PEN organization. She will be joined by Katrina vanden Heuvel, a longtime Russia watcher; co-editor, with Azhgikhina, of the Russian feminist newsletter; You and We; and co-editor (with Stephen F.
