Robust dialogue will be facilitated by Columbia University's leading experts in economics and labor rights with speakers representing the interests and rights of workers in today's changing workforce from the ILO and from the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission and Freelancer's Union. Panel discussions will include a balance of perspectives from companies involved in employment and related services for the growing independent economy-SalesForce and Manpower, with an opening discussion by Professor Joseph E. Stiglitz, Economics Professor at Columbia University and Economics Noble Laureate.
