This workshop "The Methodological Developments for Teaching of Spanish as a Second and Foreign Language" will showcase two directions on curriculum design for teachers- Linguistic and Curricular Considerations and Integrated Multi-Year Curriculum. It will feature Kim Potowski, of the University of Illinois at Chicago and Heidi Byrnes, of Georgetown University. Organized by the Department of Latin American and Iberian Cultures, Columbia University and the Department of Spanish and Latin American Cultures, Barnard College.
