Please join the Harriman Institute for a talk with Dr. Waitman Wade Beorn, Lecturer in the Corcoran Department of History at the University of Virginia, and consultant and writer for the United States Holocaust Museum. Dr. Beorn will explore the little-known and understudied Nazi concentration camp in Lwów. In particular, his presentation will examine the special character of this camp which served as a slave labor camp, transit camp, and mass killing site for the duration of its existence.
