A travel signature is relevant only to F-1 or J-1 students (and their dependents) who are planning to travel abroad and return to the U.S. in F or J status. You must have a travel signature on your I-20 or DS-2019 that is less than 12 months old on the date you will re-enter the United States. Come with your passport, most recent I-20 / DS-2019, and a printed copy or digital image on your phone of your most recent I-94 arrival record from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/.
