**This event takes place at the Elizabeth Dee Gallery (2033/2037 Fifth Avenue bet. 125-126th Streets)** The first posthumous solo exhibition of the legendary Harlem artist, activist, and Studio Museum in Harlem co-founder, Betty Blayton, this exhibition will highlight a select group of paintings and archival material, bringing Blayton?s work full circle: to the original home of The Studio Museum in Harlem, the current location of Elizabeth Dee. The exhibition is curated by Souleo, independent curator & Manager of Public Programs, Newark Museum and is on view through July 20, 2017.
