On Sept. 16, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing will hold a launching event of "The 2017 China's Non-profit Sector Remuneration & Talent Development Practice Report," jointly with ABC (A Better Community), a social enterprise running by a Columbia alumna, Funa Li (SIPA '17). At this event, key findings of the report on the current landscape of China non-profit sector remuneration and talent retention will be presented, and a panel of industry experts will jointly discuss challenges managing human resources in the field.Â
