Speaker: Beata Lipovska is a chair of the working party on Humanitarian Aid and Food Aid at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Department of Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. She has been working for several years with the official development assistance programs of the Slovak Republic, which were launched under the logo "SlovakAid" in 2003. In 2014-15, she was a visiting Fulbright researcher at SIPA, where she conducted research on gender mainstreaming in development cooperation.
